All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inability to verify age, restricted shipping destination, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
