Shipping Policy

Nico Pouches currently ships to most U.S. states. Some states have additional age verification or shipping restrictions for nicotine products and may not be eligible at this time. If your state isn't supported at checkout, contact us for an update on availability.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

• Standard: 3–5 business days after the order ships.
• Expedited: 1–2 business days after the order ships, where available based on your delivery address.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email at the address on file as soon as the carrier accepts the package.

Orders may require an adult signature (21+) on delivery. This is consistent with federal requirements for nicotine product sales.

Once a package is in the carrier network, delivery dates are subject to the carrier's schedule and conditions like weather. We will help track and resolve any carrier issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates beyond what the carrier provides.
