Returns & Refunds Policy

Unopened cans and rolls in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with the factory seal intact and the original outer packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email our support team within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a full replacement or refund.

• Items received more than 14 days ago.

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
3. For damaged or incorrect items, attach photos.
4. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.

Nico Pouches sells nicotine products only to adults 21 and older. Consistent with adult-only retail standards, returns of opened nicotine products are not accepted. Unopened items in original packaging remain eligible for return within the 14-day window.
