Age Verification & 21+ Policy

Every customer of Nico Pouches must be 21 years of age or older. This applies to entering the site, placing an order, and accepting delivery. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 21.

On your first visit, an age verification modal will ask you to confirm you are 21 or older before browsing. Confirmation is persisted for 90 days using a local cookie. Search engine and AI crawler user agents (Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot, GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, OAI-SearchBot) bypass the gate so the site can be indexed for adult discovery.

Checkout requires an explicit confirmation that you are 21 or older. Some orders also trigger ID verification through a third-party verification service. If we cannot verify your age, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Packages may require an adult signature at delivery. The carrier will verify the recipient's age before releasing the package. Packages that cannot be delivered to an eligible adult will be returned to us.

We do not market to anyone under 21. Our copy, imagery, channel placements, and creator partnerships are all reviewed against this standard. We do not use cartoons, candy framing, school or youth imagery, or any other youth-oriented framing of nicotine products.
